As price is retesting the strength of previous bottom area, retailers looks more panic and having more doubts. For now,
As price heading down, it is creating a local supply areas in LTF. Reason, breaking above 1960 is key 🔑 from here.
To make it more clear, Strategy is simple,
👉Market must hold the range area above 1800 to convince a strong demand zone.
👉Any selling pressure must get shallowed by buyers from these levels.
👉Selling volume should get diminished slowly and buying volume must lead the price.
👉Any price pump should be convergence to volume, not divergence.
👉Consolidation between 1800+ to 2000 for some time will lead the market towards strong rally later.
Remember,
if we lose 1800 range, there could be more panic sentiment in the market. Which may delay the cycle for some times. Reason, market must not lose the range imo.
